How quickly can care start after discharge?
Often within 24 to 48 hours. Call 770-765-5122 as soon as a discharge date is set and we will begin the consultation right away.
Do you provide skilled nursing at home?
No. Harris Home Health provides non-medical home care only. We coordinate around any nursing or therapy services your provider arranges.
Services are non-medical and are based on each client's individual assessment, care plan, caregiver availability, and applicable Georgia requirements.
